Been considering the Derale vs the B&M. How many more quarts does the Derale hold over stock? Does it have a temp. sender port? Magnetic drain plug?

Just go for the B&M the derale does not work with the cooling tubes and the pick up. I had to return it.

Thanks for the heads-up. That's what the Forum is for. One would think that a company that's been around as long as Derale would make sure everything clears. Was it a case of the pick-up screen hitting the cooling tubes? Or is there an extension needed to locate the pick-up below the tubes that wasn't included in the kit / needed to be ordered seperately? Just curious.

Wonder, whatup? Did awake1630 have something missing from his kit? Also, does it have a port for mounting a trans temp sender, and a magnetic drainplug?

Thanks,

P.S. Thanks for your quarterback, Sam Keller, who transfered from ASU. Looks like he will be REALLY good running Coach Callahan's West Coast offense this comming fall.

The pickup hit the cooling tubes before it mounted to the bottom of the tranny. i had an AC Delco filter it was like it was too long or something. Just didnt work with tranny.
