lost reat axel shaft at 45mph !!!!!!!

:confused:i had the scare of my life yesterday night when my passenger side axel shaft came flying out!!!!!!!! i wanted to kno if anyone out there knows how the nut holding the drum brake goes on i got a new key and c clip cause they were destroyed i was wondering if anyone could help me out on putting it back on its on a floating axel

did the entire wheel assembly fall off the truck drum and all? If the drum did come off the truck the wheel seal should be replaced. but all the wheel seals i have done the nut just threads on. mine needs a special tool but i have always found that can adjust the bearing all right with a hammer and punch.
