Turbo boost controler

Has anybody tried to removed the TBC on their Turbo?,I was trying to figure this out but it seems to me the bolts is welded to the bracket ..Any Idea?
I was thingking of Replacing my vaccum assited one, with mechanical

guess they are stuck, put some heat on them, better than WD 40.

i was able to take it off in one peice. the onlt thing that gave me grief was the heat shield on the turbo. once the switch was made it made a whole crap load of difference on my truck
