My radio shut off last nite, and the all my lights started diming or i turned off my fan, then it kept geting dimmer, so i turned of my lights just made it to my drie way and the hole truck shut down. So today i took of he alt. and got it tested its still good...... what else could be wrong? its got two new batters last feb...... help thanks dj

I'd still check the batteries, especially if they are bargin batteries, like from Walmart. I had one of the Wally batteries go bad a freeze after only 2 months of use and another one only last a year. Otherwise check all your connections. I had issues like that too in the past and found that the stacked connection on the pass side battery was bad and had to replace the whole cable that goes between thew two batteries.

9 out of 10 times its the Ground??

I would look for a short circuit, the engine round and the others are separate.
