Who said ?

EVERY diesel fuel (off-road diesel, home heating fuel, ULSD, biodiesel, waste vegetable oil and vegetable oil) is gelling up. Everyone at different temps. There is also a difference between summer and winter diesel. Normally winter diesel last till -20°/22° CELSIUS. All other will gel up much earlier !

Sorry, if that happens to you, but don't believe everything people says.

Much people tell pure crap, just to tell anything or that other believe that they got knowledge.

That's life !

Depending on what the "normal ambient temperature" is, will dictate what blend you get. I mean the further up north you go, the more #1 you get. Here in Chicago I used to pick up/deliver 80/20 and sometimes 75/25. I would suspect that up near Canada, they would get 60/40.

Unless the temps are suposed to be above 30, I will use power service to keep from gellin. Caus you never know, just because I punched in the correct formula, don't mean I'm gonna get it :D

Happy motoring, Scott

I thougth I read somewhere that ulsd clouds/ gels at a warmer temperature, and if they are blending any biodiesel with it , its even worse. I had the same problem last winter with my skidloader freezing up. I added almost five gallons of kerosene, 911, winter blend road fuel, nothing worked. You could actually watch the filter freeze up as it was running. I finally siphoned most of the tank out and got the 50-50 blend for road use, hated to pay road tax to tear down a corn crib, but at least I had the use of my skidloader.

How did "One company said once" get turned into "every body keeps saying ..." ?

You are correct... Someone was wrong.
