Have any of you fellow suburban owners ever seen, heard of or come across a supplier or manufacturer of a high quality powder coated steel or preferably aluminum full size safari rack?
Even a kit would do, but hopfully it would mount to the factory roof rack mounting loactions, as there is no way I want to start drilling new holes into non engineered load points on the roof system!
Other than custom fabrication loacally, I have come up with nothing.
I do recall seeing a yellow suburban in a pic I think on the SS diesel site, but I do not think it was from North America. It had huge KC lights in the front of the rack if I recall correctly.
This vehicle might even belong to a current member!

Perhaps you could ask Walt, the owner of SS Diesel Supply, if he could the contact between you and the other suburban owner.
