Yes, will lay down a bit more, We use this truck for work, has 16 stock tires, hard to turn with no wheel space, Us old guys dont drag sparks, Your 99 looks really Great, Dont see to many crew cab 2WD diesel's lowered;

Far as over & under on trans, I prefer to trade or change gears to someone that wants 4:10

yeah, my old shop dually would drag the rockers all day. Starting to get older myself and like the just lowered aspect a little more. LoL
