It should increase the amount of deliered fuel about 6% in front of the stock one. Installing is very hard with PMD at oem position (at Injection pump). If you mounted your PMD with a cooler somewhere else, it is really easy. Disconnect the wire at the pmd, pull the stcok resistor out and put in the new one.

I run a #7 resistor, the 9 flows more fuel and is popular for PMD upgrades.

The #9 resistor is pretty easy if you have the heat sync if you dont its possible to put the resistor in without removing your intake but its very tricky and risky. i tried it and i dropped the frist one down under the injection pump but i got the second one in but a week later my pmd went out so i ordered the whole kit heat sync with pmd and #9 resistor. There is a decent gain in power too. Definitly worth it
