Stock turbo ?

What was the stock turbo on a 6.5?Mine has a Borg Warner.

Depends on the year.had four versions.Borg warner is the manufacturer,to
my recollection.

It's a 1996 1500 series Z-71.So I guess it's the stock turbo.

My 96 has a GM-5. Look at the tag on the compressor it will tell you. It will be GM-5 or GM-8 if its stock.
