[Suburban K2500 HD]

This is a project i have been working on for a year or so.
Its a mini itx board integrated in the centerconsole.
With this i can listen to music, watch movies, use a navigation program,
works as bluetooth for y cellphone.
I hav two backup cameras mounted below the rear light´s, and a 7"monitor i my sunscreen for that.
There is a DVD player in the roof console an a 7"monitor in the glowcompartment.
I can read codes/data from the car, via the OBD1 plug, and wiew it in a great program that a swedish guy has made, take a look at http://www.enghmotors.com/default.aspx.

Awesome idea!! You could sell it to GM. It's a perfect way to modernize our old trucks and if I don't get rid of my precious soon I would be very interested. It would need to be easily adapted to different models of trucks.:cool:

Well, if GM was interested that would be like my car popping up i Chip Foose´s show Overhaulin...........
It all started with a idea to connect laptop LCD panel to a GPS and use it in the car......and then it did take off from there..to what its become now.
I will post some more pics so you all can se the other gadgets..

Since this guy i from Norway i am going to answer him i Norwegian.
He is asking how i passed the emmission test we have every second year, when i removed the "cat". Strange as it is the smoke particles was less aften i removed the Cat...

Hallo, det gikk veldig greit, ingen spørsmål om den.
Da jeg kontaktet firma aarnes i Norge for å bestille pakningen mellom downpipen, og cat flensen fant de ikke biler med cat i katalogen deres.
de sa at det ikke var Cat på min bil, litt rart, men greit nok.
Jobber på et bilverksted på delelager, og har nylig hatt EU kontroll den passerte med glans på avgasstesten. Verdien lå på Ca.0,40Km-1 det er lavt til å være denne typen bil, På Eu kontrollen før jeg fjernet Catalysatoren ble den ikke godkjent, lå over max verdi.
En annen artig ting med disse bilene er at det er ikke krav til støymålingen på EU kontroll, prøv å se i vognkortet ditt om det står noe om Standstøy, hvis det ikke står noe er det ikke noe spes. krav.. Det var blankt i mitt vognkort, så om man bygger litt eksos med golyd gjør ikke dette noe.
