A few questionable electricle parts

1. On the Drivers side frame rail before my LP there is a Wiring harness and a relay. What do those do, and where do they ground?

2. In the front of the engine bay there are a bunch of connecters that are unconnected. Towards drivers side. What are they?

I have a very sparatic fuel gauge. I have thouroughly cleaned every ground I can find. Any ideas here?

1. Could be a relay that powers the LP directly, instead of using the oil pressure switch. Couple different ways it could be done, either always on with key, or using OPS to power relay, thereby taking strain off the OPS.

2. Previous owner fog lights....plow hookup....front tow bar hookup....not sure without seeing plugs

so again, take some pics, lets see what ya got.
