This is my first posting but been using the site for a while now.
Here is what happened: truck would fire up and while warming up it would die out. I would have to mash the pedal to the floor in order for it to fire up again and everything was fine. Then the other day while driving it stalled and had to get it towed.
I can now occasionally get it to fire up but it runs rough and dies out in less than minute. When it does dies sometimes it will idle down and other times it is like you turned off the key.
I have replaced the CPS, FSO, fuel filter, blower motor, starter, battery cables, cleaned all the grounds. Glow plug relay cycles fine. My OPS, lift pump and PMD from Walt have less than 20K on them and they are working with good fuel pressure. I have a know working PMD spare that I have tried also.
Think it might be the ignition switch. Guys got any ideas?
