Sunday afternoon, I found myself at the New England Air Museum, right next to Bradley Airport. They were having one of their open cockpit days, and there were several demonstrations going on. One I found very interesting was a 1920 blimp motor that had been restored and was set up on a stand so it could be started. I talked with the guy that was running it for over an hour between demo's, seems the guy has a couple of 6.5's. His name is Doug, and he was driving a very nice looking 6.5 K3500 SRW and, among other things, he has the gear vender's overdrive unit in it. It was a pleasant way to spend some time on a nice Sunday afternoon. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, his nickname is something about six nickels....

His handle on the forum is Sixnickle (6.5, get it?), and Doug is an ace diesel mechanic. He's an old-timer on the forum, like several of us. Go check some of his threads.
