Does it come off the ground to drive on the road?

Yeah. it has airbags on it. I can pick it up high nough to clear the tires. I will be using it to pull my 30' travel trailer.

Could be that the pmd cooked if it is still on the side of the injector pump, but try disconnecting the CPS first, easy and cheap.

yeah looks real nice. just was wondering how hard was it to upgrade the front fenders and hood i wanted to do that to my truck but dont want to get into it if its a pain in the a$$.
