Does anyone have the part numbers for the connectors for
the PMD?? Delphi makes them. Better yet a source to buy
the connectors??

Delphi makes them ?

My information says something other :

" You might reasonably ask, "Why so much for a short extension cord?" The answer is that the female end connector was never made by GM. Thus we had to work with another company to have these connectors custom molded for this very low volume application - custom molding is expensive ! "

If I remember correctly, the sourse was Casper electronics, and the price was comparable with buying a cable already made......

Delphi makes them for sure. The cables I got had the part
number ground off......... a self preservation matter. The
only thing left was Delphi 2 on the male end.

I will call Delphi Monday and inquire.

Yeah, the MALE connector is made by delphi, BUT " The answer is that the female end connector was never made by GM. "

THAT IS THE PROBLEM !

Well somebody is mass producing these female ends. And
the person who made mine went to some length to hide
the maker from me.

Interesting............. hope someone can nail down the maker
of the female plug end.

It could most likely be Molex. The make connectors for everything and everyone in the automotive, commercial, and electronics industry. They probably molded the male connector shell for GM/Delphi, right here in their Lincoln plant.

Those sure look like the ones......... but at highly inflated
prices.

I would love to find a cheaper source for like a dozen of
each.
