Pictures too large

I want to add a picture of my truck but it will not fit within the size limits.How can I get it in there?My wife is out and she usually resizes things for me.Thanks for any help.

you can try opening it in Paint, and under the Image tab click on resize/skew

Then you can put in like 50% on each horizontal and vertical, or whatever percentage to get it in size limits. Then save as a different file name, so you have your original good picture still.
