This thing is great. I push cars and trucks around at work when they don't run. I've hit no less then 9 deer this winter without so much as a light or grill being damaged, and, it's got great steps for getting up onto.

here are some pics, the first one is of the back there are some braces that go from the frame mounts to the large angle but i dont have them on yet, the second is of the way the front was gpoing to look but i fit it on the truck and it was ugly so i modified it as it is in the 3rd pic. the second also shows the lid open

Thanks for the photo's and the links! Coonboy888, did that come on your truck when you bought it or is it an aftermarket item? Buddy, Ranchhand.com Legend Series might be what I am looking for BUT it must clear my Snow Plow assembly for the front and the Summit Series for the rear. Chevycowboy, I can't wait to see your finished product as having storage in the bumper is a great place for tow chains or straps. I am curious how water tight it will be as I do four wheel in the mud and creeks occasionally and being water tight is critical. I guess I need to join Dieseltowingresource.com to access their photo gallery. Again, Thanks! Keith

the only place i am worried about it being water tight is around the lid and i think if i put some sort of rubber on the lid and make it so that it latches tightly i wont have a problem as long as i can figure out how to make the hing water tight. and just incase im going to put a drain plug in the bottom

The bumper was on the truck when I bought it. It came from The Dept. of Corrections from a few counties over. I push everything up to f-550's and even a few bucket trucks around the parking lot when they won't start. It's skimmed in rubber on the front and diamond plate on top. The license plate is un-readable now after many hitches have taken their toll.

Thanks for the reply! I like the look but I don't think it would clear my Snow Plow Assembly.
