This here's my 1994 K2500. Not much compared to some of the other awesome trucks on here, but she makes me proud anyways. Right after the pics were taken, I put on new shocks so it sits better, and I repainted the headache rack and hooked up some dual CB antennas off the top of the rack. I also had to rebuild the winch (because of a different day) and got a new shiny farlead for it.Now if only I had more money.....

damm I remember when i was in High School my friends dad had a ranch and we would go mud doging through his hay fields when he irrigated them. We'd go to we couldn't go any more and then drive the tractor in to pull us out. We use to use an 91 chevy Silverado Diesel, a 1983 Dodge Ram Gas pusher, and a For ranger....Believe it or not the 2 wheel drive ford ranger would always make it further than the other two 4X4 trucks. Did you use your winch that day, or did you have a tractor?
About 6 months ago I got a Ford f-250 repo truck stuck in the mud and couldn't get any help. Farmer in the area wanted $1500 to pull me out cuz he said that he would have to burn a whole day cleaning his tractor. I offernt to give him $300 and clean the tractor and he said no. Went to wal-mart and bought a boat anchor, that opens up and digs into the sand, mud in this case, and used a come-a-long to winch my self out. It actually worked and got me out and the cost for everything was less than $50.00...With the exception of the truckwash!

Young gun, I really like that front bumper set up. Do you have any pics that show it better?

well there was nothing to winch to, so we got a buddy to pick us up and take us to town where we flagged down another guy, and he came and gave us a tug.
having a winch is great though, most of the time my bud will go ahead and "break the trail" and i'll follow to pull him out, so that we can keep on going. mine is just an old crappy one but it does the trick...a new one would make things too easy lol.

If I can get my hands on a camera I'll take some for you. my dad bought it when he had the truck, and i think it was originally designed for a ford...not exactly sure. next week i hope to take it off the truck so i can take some pics of the whole thing for ya.
