When driving my truck, when its a bit colder, it has full decent power, but when it gets fully warmed up at operating temperature, it feels like the power has dropped a bit, and i have to push the pedal to go the same. i have no clue what it could be, i would guess the vacuum wastegate, but it doesnt sound like the PMD.

You need to check your vacuum, and fuel pressure. You can get a vac/fuel pressure test guage from SSD or Ebay. That is where to start, sounds like a vac problem to me.

Are you monitoring the boost presure with a gauge? My turbo is currently only working when my Dually is cold, When it warms up, I loose boost pressure. I think its my wastegate soleniod.

Yeah, mine did the same thing when I first got it. No boost gauge, but once it warmed up it lost power and I left giant black clouds behind me, like a squid inking when I got on it, due to overfueling. Replaced the wastegate solenoid and I got my power back and stopped smoking. Are you smoking when you get on it? If the solenoid is good, you'll barely smoke when you get on it (stock engine).
