400T to 4l80E upgrade

I have a 93 hummer . I installed a mechanical 6.5l turbo diesel. Any sugestions on how to upgrade the tranny so I can get overdrive...No computer on this truck. 2 wire to the pump .Power & cold start solinoid. & the glowplug controller wires. sure would like overdrive...Not afraid to get dirty...lol

The Hummer A2 came with a 6.5 and a 4L80e.(at least in the Marines) So If you are all mechanical, here's all I think you should need:

-TPS (mine is almost brand new)
-ESS (not sure how old, but it works!)
-tranny. Mine is built for pulling backhoes in the oilfield. I'm not sure if it ever pulled one, because the guy bought a Powerjoke.
-TCM (I just so happen to have one stashed behind my glove box.:rolleyes: )

Make me an offer on the whole deal. I might even do the transfer case if you want to make an offer on that. GPD.

If you can wait tell mid October. I will have money then. Can you give me an idea what you would except. It would have to b shipped by pallett. Arangements will have to be made.
