New IP,computer got whacked

[Stumped]

Went to new high speed provider....lost almost everything including saved passwords ect when loading their stuff.Been locked out of everything...ok computer guru's..how do I keep that from happening again? Punching the computer didnt help anything.

What do you mean by "lost almost everything"? Do you mean like pictures, and files and stuff on your hard drive? Or just stuff related to the internet. As for being locked out, that was probably firewall settings on your connection and your antivirus software. But I'm not exactly sure what happened to you, or I'd tell you to load a previous restore point.

Also, I might need a throttle cable, thick adapter plate, and maybe even a 47rh(94-95) if you got them. GPD

Stumped, this is off-topic, sorry but I had a question about turbos, and you are the site's Cummins master it seems to me.

Is a higher trim number better? If it is, why aren't all turbos 100? If my calculations are correct, GM-8 is 50, and HX-40 is 80. 100 means the inducer and exducer are the same size.
