Hey guys, so I have to plow this driveway that is different from all the other ones I do. This one is half paved and the other half looks like its gravel. My question is...do plow the 1st half and back blade the gravel? I dont want my plow to mess up their driveway by digging into the ground. thnx!

Im guessin on the asphalt you took the feet off your plow. You can either cheat and put the feet back on with a clearance of like 3/4" and let the plow ride on the feet, or you can do like i do and just raise the plow a bit and let the front suspension of the truck carry the plow. Good luck and happy plowin.

Depends,if it is early winter and ground hasn't frozen yet then you could backdrag,if the amount you are plowing is too deep then leave blade about inch of ground and plow forward. Once the ground has frozen,I would plow it forward same as the hot top section. I plow a lot of dirt roads on the highway dept. Occassionally, I break plow light housings from the shock of blade catching and tripping until road has frozen. I'm required to plow dirt if at all possible. It's ok now after a few storms and the dirt has frozen. Also depends if you run shoes on your plow, which I don't. plowking

I see..thnx for the input, I feel a little more comfortable plowing this the right way rather than doing it on a guess.
