Looks like single rear wheels to me... i think thats the new "tuner" look, high offset or "staggered" rims. IMO, doesnt belong on a truck, but thats just me.

Those are dually rims they are only using the front piece. They are also 10 lug. I would have gone with a better style than that.

Sure ? Have a look again ! Especially at the REAR axle, when the cam is looking under the vehicle ! The mounted these rims BEHIND the BRAKE DRUM ! That's not a center cap in the rear, that is the rear brake drum ! ! ! Don't know anything about what they did at the front axle, but I suppose, that the truck is a 2WD.
