Tuned Up??

Does 6.5 TD need tune up? All I do on my 6.5 is change oil every 5000 KMs
and cleaned the air filter regularly, and add fuel injector cleaner Am I missing something???It's running fine from my point of view but the wife is not convince..

Dont forget to change the fuel filter as well. I do mine every 4-5 oil changes, so about every 15,000 miles. Also, dont forget to check all your fluids...pwr steering, brakes, coolant, tranny,... and your belt every oil change.
