hey guys if i T a vacuum line in at the wastegate to a guage in cab will that tell me what my boost is and will i be able to see the vac. drop when the soionid open and closes showing me a drop and rise when doind so thanks

Won't tell you boost. You need to connect a pressure gauge to the inlet extension or manifold.

Yes, a t in the vacume line will show you your vacume to wastegate. It will show the vacume fluctuation when the solenoids are controlling it. As grancito said, you need to tap into intake extension someplace after turbo to read turbo boost pressure.

neither. for boost pressure you want to stick it in the intake. I have mine in the upper plenum on the driver side..

can be post (should be pre) turbo sometimes in down pipe to measure exhaust gas temp (EGT).
