You should add some 2-stroke-oil to your fuel to lubricate the IP, LP and injectors.
1:200 ratio ---> 1 quart about a 26 gal. tank or 1,5 quarts to 34 gal.tank.

Clear the codes and see if they come back.

I've been looking into the 2-stroke oil thing and ran across a study done on different additives on the ULSD. 2-stoke oil helped, but not a lot. They found the highest lubricity improvement was from biodiesel. 2% biodiesel blend had better lubricating properties than any thing else. These trucks can take B20 blends without problems, but I would suggest going with a B5 blend instead of 2-stroke oil. ATF wasn't studied, and Opti-lube was the highest ranking additive.

But pump lubrication is a problem in these trucks, and ULSD just made these problems worse.

MN made a good decision to make B5 a minimum for all diesel sold in state after June 2009.
