Need help timing IP on my rebuilt 6.5

Built me a new engine for my 98 K-3500, now its time to bolt on my pump and my manual is absolutely no help. I have my timing gears (crank and cam) dots aligned. Now what do I align the dot on the IP pump gear with?
On a different note, I haven't figured out yet how you guys add at the bottom the list of goodies you have....may need assistance there also.

go to user CP then look in the window on the left side of the page

if i remember correctly from doing mine the crank will be in the 12 o'clock position and the inj pump gear will be in the 6 o'clock posistion. straight edge it to be sure or you could be off a tooth. Its been a while though since I rebuilt mine though..
