ecm? other prolems

ok so i have a a 94 6.5 turbo and it will not read codes and now there is likea bell clinging or clicking noise once it gets worce as it warms up and its only at an idle its like the belt or somthung to do with the tention
any ideas

check your harmonic balancers. Both of them. ASAP.
Does your SES light come on or could it be burned out? Do you get code "12"?

Use a piece of hose to listen to where to noise is coming from, could also be the vacuum pump.
