Starter Solenoid Auto Vs Manual

I think my start solenoid is shot (probably fused the coil) and I went to get a new one and they had an option, manual or automatic, two different models. I have a TH400 auto, They only had the manual model in stock and it looked right so i bought it, Ill try to install it tonight and let you know how it works. I saw on walt's site that his starter was the same for both trans.

Anyway, ill let you all know how I make out.

the solenoid bolted right up and it works great. It came with a 1 year warranty too. Such a better option then $300 for a new starter. Hey Walt, you should carry these too!
