Just bought the lady a 98 Tahoe with some brake issues. The pedal is hard and it doesn't want to stop as fast as my Dad's 95 burb. You can pump the brakes and hold them while you crank and the pedal will go down, so I don't think it is the booster. It originally came from up around DC so I was thinking something with the caliper could be rusted/sticking. Thinking about throwing some pins/bushings in it or should I just replace the whole caliper for $15 a pop.
