Locked Ignition cylinder

My ignition is locked. When in put my key in to turn the ignition the key wont budge. How do you remove the ignition cylinder when its already stuck?

Remove the steering wheel, then the indicator switch from inside. There is a retaining bolt to the side of the ignition barrel inside the column. Could be a slight variation to the proceedure, I am talking about 1982 to 1994.

also there is a small hole on top of cylender push small tool down into hole shake cylender and tap it should come out

Your model has a different system, and if the key can't be turned to the on position, the cylinder won't come out. Drilling the center frees it to turn.
