Where do I install the fitting for a boost gauge? Does anyone have pictures of their install (engine end).

Thanks

Take off the manifold and drill a hole and tap it to 1/8 pipe thread (or what ever size your fitting is )in any spot that suits you. Mine is right in the bend between the turbo and the end that bolts on the engine. Make sure you clean all the drill refuse so not to get it in the engine. this might be a good time to clean all the inside of the intake also. Garth

Hay Garth, PMD hasn't given me trouble yet. Got the truck with 160,000 on it and have 257,000 on it now. Actually, I made a remote pretty much like Walt's with a much bigger heat sink. Mounts in the same place. Just haven't needed it yet. Here is a pic from when I was building it.

Dont wait to install the PMD when it quits its too late. Its a ticking time bomb and could quit at any time ..
Walt has new ones ready to go so you better order one and install it before the stock one gives up...Garth

I have a spare PMD in the glove box and another in the garage.
I like to build things myself if I can save spending $$$. I'll get around to installing the heat sink one day. I had other problems to exorcise though. Broke valve springs are real head scratchers. After two of them, the next one will be easy to diagnose. Second one was fairly easy. Had the "experts" on the two big forums stumped. Was flooded with sugestions to replace damn near everything except what I found broke. Walt was a big help.
Next projects are on wife's Caravan (pia Chrysler product). Front left is making a clicking noise, thinking wheel bearing/hub. Other is intermitent cluster going blank, restored with a tap on the dash. Thinking bad solder joints on cluster circuit board. Easy fix but pia to get to.
