Still have problems

I don't know if i gave you the wrong information or not. I did what you said about grounding the bulbs on the truck, but still having problems. I went to the back of the truck and unplugged the tail light wiring harness. Put on right hand turn signal and checked with a test light. I have pulsing power on the dark green wire and the brown wire. I think the brown wire is for my lights only ?? I traced the brown and green wires up to the firewall where it plugs in. I cut both wires and checked for power at the firewall. Still have it on both. What is the convenience center and where do my green and brown wire come through. Does it sound like i have the two wires touching somewhere. Also the courtsey fuse keeps blowing. How do i find this problem??? thanks again

have you checked the ground for your rt front signal/side light unit, it can feed direction indicator power to your parking lights if there is a bad ground. Remove the bulbs from the rt front unit and check if there is still a pulse on both brown and green lines. If only on one, then there is the ground problem.
