manuel shift kit 4L89E

Does anyone know if there fis a kit that can be installed on my 4L80E that will allow me to shift it manuely at what ever RPM I choose and that will keep it in the gear that I choose including converter lock and lock-out?

I'm neck deep in parts for swaping my TH400 for an sm465 but i dont know how soon I will get around to doing that. I saw the TH400 Version of this kit for my trans, its basically the same price as the cable linkage modulator. I would rather go for this instead of the modulator to correct the vacuum shifting problem....

Basically if you do get this kit or have installed one before, How difficult is it to install, are there any special tools, can it be done with the trans still in the truck?

I installed it,with trans still in truck,no special tools,read the instrution and read them again and again.

I've installed several of these. Read the instructions very well, several times over. Then follow them to the letter, expecially important is the little check-balls. Use wheel bearing grease to hold in place while you pop the valve body back in.
