Starter won't turn engine

starter will not turn over. I had batteries checked and cleaned all battery cables. Had starter rebuilt. Have power at solenoid from the battery. Does the small wire to the other side of solenoid have a fusible link or fuse. Where should i start looking for the trouble. This is a manual trans. thank you

Being a manual transmission you have a clutch safety switch on the clutch linkage under the dash. This prevents cranking unless the clutch is depressed that could be bad. Also I think the 94 has a starter relay under the plastic "T" shaped cover on the right side (passenger side) of the fire wall that could be bad.

I had to go back to one of your previous posts to get the year of the truck. I WISH PEOPLE WOULD PUT THE YEAR OF THE TRUCK IT DOSE MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!
