I came across a number of posts complaining about the corrosion on the double stack terminals. I pulled mine and they were caked with the stuff. I scraped almost all of it off, including under the edges. I knew it would grow right back because you can not get it all. So it put baking soda and water in a baggy and soaked the terminals in them until it stopped bubbling. The water turned blue from all the corrosion it extracted. Upon removing them from the water, I dowsed them with a water displacement. When I reinstall the engine and batteries, I will also coat/seal them.
