Technically, yyyeees, however for it to do so it would have some MAJOR internal problems, so much so that I doubt you would be able to run at all (some help on this, sixnickel). The only other path is through your injector(s) and past your rings.
I will say with 99.995% certainty that your fuel in the oil is indeed caused by a bad injector(s) leaking down after shut down.
If the milage on your injectors is near or beyond 100K, or unknown, replace them regardless, as you're playing russian roulette with five bullets in the gun. The injectors were designed with a 100K mi service life. They will start leaking down after shut down, and the diesel fuel will wash the oil off the cylinder walls, causing excessive wear and possible piston/cylinder scuffing.
If you know the milage on your injectors, and it is relatively low, pull them and take them to a reputable diesel shop and have them tested. They will be able to tell you if any are bad, and you can get individual stock injectors from Walt.
Hope this helps.

That makes sense as my truck runs good but when it sits it cranks a little before it starts but other than that it runs good it smokes a touch but i think its the fuel in the oil i bought it this way the other guy gave up on it the truck is mint only paid $1500 canadian for it.

Yes, the delay starting is because the IP has to repressurize the fuel lines and injectors before they can fire. Change your oil freqently (1600 km) as diesel fuel is a solvent, and it destroys the lubricating quality and additive package rather quickly. The last thing you want is metal to bearing or piston to bore contact. Get new injectors in ASAP. They're basically no harder than changing sparkplugs.
