I am installing a new motor and figured it best to install new motor mounts.

I see urethane bushings are available for $50. You have to disassemble the old one and remove and replace the old rubber for the urethane.

My concern is noise and vibration transfer of the urethane. If stock or stock equivalent have shown to perform well, I will go stock. What do you all have to say with your experience?

GO URETHANE!! The vibration transfer difference is minimal, but the life expectancy and resistance to breakdown vs. OEM is night and day. Go with the urethane, especially if you plan to increase the power of your motor, or already have, as the OEM rubber mounts can't compare to urethane for strength and longevity.

Don't replace the motor mounts without replacing the trans mounts. If you use mounts with different rates it can create stress on your drive train and cause something to break, like your bell housing.
