I have a 94 6.5/F it is stalling and running rough,I changed the pmd and it still stalls also in neutral and park if I rev the engine to 2000 it will stay there any lower it will drop back to a IMO a low 400rpm idle.
while driving the truck bucks and produces alot of black soot.
The codes I have are 35 and 41.
also when the engine is cold the throttle is very touchy and would rather be accelarating or coasting.
I have changed the throttle pedal as well.
one more thing while driving if I touch the brakes the idle will drop 200rpm's when I get off the brakes the idle will come back up and if the steering wheel is turned at the same time the engine will more than likley die.
I'm thinking it's the IP but I'm hoping not.......

DTC 35 - Injection Pulse Width Error (Response Time Short)

DTC 41 - Brake Switch Circuit Fault

Black smoke ? Wastegate solenoid, vacuum pump, vacuum lines ?

You should check all vacuum things, check all grounds and the brake switch, as there is a code 41, because i could be believe that this fault has something to do with the porblems, as the rpm drops while braking.
