I have a 94 yukon with a 6.5 I have up dated the cooling system it has a ssd pmd cooler on it. when driving the truck it will die as if you turned the key off it will start back up but it will do it again and it will do it 4 or 5 times then it will not start again unless you turn the key off and wait about 5 min. I sent the cooler and PMD to SSD so they could test it and Walt said the PMD was ok. I put the truck on a scaner the only code that came up was for the EGR so I took the EGR valve off and cleaned it rescaned and the code was gone and there was no new codes drove the truck same thing happened rescaned and no codes. can anyone tell me what is wrong with this truck?

Did you checked the fuel shut off solenoid ? It is the only thing to shut off an diesel engine. If it fails (got no 12V), the engine won't start. It also could be the ignition switch.

The easiest thing will be to check if the shut off solenoid got 12v if it won't start. If not, check the wire to it, check the ignition switch or replace the solenoid.
