Hey im new here but need some help... ill tell you as much information as i can in case something is useful sorry however for all the useless info. I bought a 1996 k3500 4x4 6.5 turbo in jan. it has always been a hard starter but i assumed it was glow plugs. however my dad was pulling a trailer and i had a crack in my radiator cap so things got a little hot. i got the radiator problem fixed but it would not start very well. it fires up decent when its cold and fires up great when at operating temp. but somewhere in between it refuses to start. i replaced the glow plugs and put in marine injectors and two new batteries but it still does the same thing. once started the truck runs like a champ and i am not getting any codes i am really confused and about broke :) any help is appreciated

Here are my mods
ssd intake
Fsd heat sync with new pmd
Instant heat glow plugs and new controller
Marine injectors

sounds like your glow plugs are not coming on at the in between temperature. Even when mine is at almost full operating temperature the glow plugs will come on to start. Also ¿ is your engine turning over fast on start? Bad connections and bad starter brushes and lack of starter bush lubrication, can cause problems, especially when the engine is warm.
