Dtc 29

I just pulled the codes on my 95 and got 29. Any body have any idea what that is about?

According the another diesel site with a lookup tool, it is caused by the Glow Plug Relay malfunctioning.

i just put a new one in not more than a year ago. Do you figure it is bad already?

Do you have a manual glow plug switch setup? If not, then its either bad, or the lead going to it from the computer may have a problem, the smaller wire that turns it on and off. Best bet is to take it off, clean and connections and re-install.

While your at it, clean both ends of all you battery cables, to make sure the high current of the glow plugs is getting to everything clean.
