Default Heat Problems after Marine injectors installed

About a year ago I installed the fuel mizer injectors and lost 2 mpg from stock, and the truck was weak. After about 6 months after installing 1 begain to leak so i decided to up grade to Marine injectors now I have a heat problem. Do I need to upgrade exhaust to 4" for the Turbo to breathe better and air to flow better.
    Any help will be helpful

Clean the cooling system, first the outside of the radiator and coolers.
