    Default fuel sputtering

    I receantly installed a PMD and 80hp chip on my truck and now if I go wot the truxk will sputter at higher RPMs can someone point me in the right direction before I start ripping the truck apart and help would be greatly appriecated thanks in advance
    1994 GMC 2500 6.5TD

    If happens under load at high rpm, then there is a fuel supply restriction.

    i was thinking the same thing but the pump on the frame is new and before there was no issue, where could this restriction be

    With the 80 hp mod. the IP needs more fuel, check for clogged fuel filter, clogged sock in tank, fuel cap causing high tank vacuum.

    Also, make sure that the OPS is working and supplying power to the lift pump. That, too, would cause sputtering. If OPS, filters, etc check out ok, consider the Feed The Beast modification for more fuel flow to the IP.
