    Default air conditioning

Today, when I changed the ac to recirculate, it made a clapping sound under the blower for about 20 seconds, and has continued to do that everytime I start the engine, and after it is turned off. Anyone had that and fixed it?

Anyone who runs into this problem it's the fresh air/recirculate actuator motor needing replacing.

Your recirc door actuator needs to be replaced. It is a very common problem with Chevrolets. They run about 35.00 usd. Depending on the system you have, there can be 2 or 3 all together. 1 is located on the front of unit by hump, 1 is located on top of venting near fan, if you remove glove box may be able to see it, but requires dropping unit, 1 more can be located near drivers side hump up near top of vent box.
